Horizontal Falls is a place that we had dreamed of visiting since we were children. Perhaps every Aussie has at some stage, wondered what it would be like to gaze upon this place after learning that this insane display of nature's power is located within their very own backyard.

Hidden within the labyrinth of islands and cliffs, her exact location is perhaps something fewer people know. But sure enough, tucked away deep in the farthest reaches of the Australian wilderness Horizontal Falls tirelessly processes millions of litres of water per day in an awe-inspiring show.

You can’t quite anticipate how this place will make you feel. Though an intense, roaring bellow, the falls made their presence known well before you lay eyes upon them. While words can’t begin to describe it, a picture may give some clues.
