We met Myles aboard SV A Morning Song right back at the start-line of our circumnavigation of Australia in the little coastal town of Coffs Harbour Northern New South Wales. Turns out we were like-minded individuals, as we quickly discovered we both had the same intention to circumnavigate the country. That was three years ago, and we have been playing Leap-Frog and Musical Anchorages together ever since. 

After months of sailing in the Kimberley, Myles finally caught up to us just in time for Slim's birthday, we managed to spend a weekend hanging by our new pool, brewing beer from the waterfall and catching up on all the adventures and ordeals we had been having along our individual yet intertwined travels. 

We couldn't have thought of a better place to catch up and to us, this photograph reminds us of the warm feelings we associate with mateship and exploration.
